We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Finance & Operations Officer (CFOO) to join our Executive Leadership Team. This is a pivotal role for a strategic and solutions-focused leader with substantial expertise in finance and operations, who is passionate about supporting the success and wellbeing of students and staff.
As CFOO, you will work closely with the CEO and school leaders to ensure long-term financial sustainability, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across the Trust. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Trust by enabling our schools to deliver exceptional education and pastoral care.
The Corsham School Academy Group is a well-established Multi Academy Trust comprising two academies: The Corsham School and Corsham Regis Primary Academy. While the role is structured as part-time, it is essential that the successful candidate demonstrates the flexibility and commitment to work the hours necessary to fulfil the responsibilities of the position and ensure the success of the Academy Trust.
This is not a traditional ‘9-to-5’ role. The CFOO will be expected to manage their time effectively and take ownership of outcomes, which may occasionally require working beyond the designated days to meet critical deadlines, support key initiatives, or respond to emerging priorities.
