Chief Finance Officer to join them in London, to help shape the financial future of a company that’s rewriting what’s possible with AI and robotics.
As CFO, you’ll work directly with the CEO and senior leadership, steering everything from capital strategy and investor relations to financial operations and IPO readiness. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

CFO responsibilities:- Lead and own our financial strategy—from boardroom to bottom line
- Act as a commercial co-pilot to the CEO and leadership team
- Build and scale financial systems, controls, and reporting structures
- Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Optimise capital structure, liquidity, and risk management
- Lead large-scale fundraising and investor engagement (U.S. and Europe)
- Ensure full compliance with IFRS and international tax regulations
- Prepare for global expansion and long-term IPO strategy
CFO requirements:- Proven experience as CFO or senior finance leader in a high-growth, VC-backed tech company
- Demonstrated success in raising $150M+ in a single funding round—a hard requirement
- Deep understanding of financial markets, venture capital, and investor relations
- Experience managing large-scale fundraising efforts in the U.S. market
- Strong grasp of IFRS and scaling financial operations globally
- Track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Hands-on, strategic, and commercially switched on
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
