Our client, a Mid-Market Private Equity fund, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer to join a rapidly growing, manufacturing and distribution business. With a current revenue of £10 million, the company is looking for an experienced CFO to build its function to support and drive its ambitious growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in private equity, particularly in manufacturing, distribution, or related industries.
The CFO will be integral to the executive team, overseeing all financial functions, strategic direction, and corporate governance. This role will involve guiding the company’s financial performance, enhancing team capabilities, and contributing to long-term growth objectives. The CFO will also act as the primary point of contact for Private Equity investors and work closely with the Board and leadership team to deliver key financial insights for decision-making and business success.
