• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with Board and Executive team objectives
• Lead all aspects of financial planning, reporting, and financial risk management
• Oversee treasury operations, capital structure, and funding strategies
• Manage relationships with key financial stakeholders, including Auditors and Regulators
• Drive financial process improvements and implement robust control systems
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making
• Lead and develop the finance team

Person Description

• Minimum 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in senior financial leadership roles in investment banking, hedge funds or other front office trading environments
• Institutional digital assets experience, either directly or exposure to the asset class in some way (internal working groups, private study/investing, certifications etc).
• Relevant professional accounting certifications
• Experience with global regulatory financial compliance and risk management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Strategic mindset with ability to balance growth with risk management
• Experience with international operations and multi-currency environments
• Genuine interest in blockchain technology and the developing digital asset markets
• Comprehensive track record of implementing financial systems and processes
