This is a critical time for the Trust. Alongside our ambitious transformation programmes and estates redevelopment, we are committed to delivering financial sustainability while improving quality, modernising our infrastructure, and contributing fully to the goals of the Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care System (BOB ICS).

Our Chief Finance Officer will play a central role in this agenda, bringing financial leadership, strategic foresight, and a collaborative mindset to one of the most influential roles in the organisation. As a voting member of the Trust Board, the CFO will be accountable for a broad portfolio that is both operational and strategic, local and system facing, and will require a leader who is comfortable navigating complexity, ambiguity, and pace.

We are seeking a highly credible and experienced finance leader with a strong track record of success in a healthcare environment. You will demonstrate deep experience of NHS finance, and you will bring energy, curiosity and commercial acumen to the Board. You will be as comfortable with risk and compliance as you are with innovation and transformation. Just as importantly, you will be a visible and compassionate leader, committed to developing people, championing inclusion, and modelling the values of the NHS.
