Job description

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will lead the finance strategy, with the remit to ensure the financial integrity of the Group through enhanced business planning, financial control, and reporting, thereby maximising efficiencies and driving operational excellence. You will provide the day-to-day line management for the Finance, Estates, Risk and Audit functions, with a clear focus on business transformation, asset utilisation and the Group's commercial activities, whilst ensuring services are highly customer-centric and aligned to the changing needs of the Group.

You will be a qualified, commercially focused finance professional with a wealth of strategic experience gained within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Alongside an inspirational leadership style, you will bring excellent analytical and planning skills and be fully conversant with change and possess effective project management skills. You will have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the capacity to engage at all levels across and beyond the organisation, solving complex strategic challenges through deliverable and workable business solutions.
