Chief Finance Officer

East Sussex Healthcare Trust (ESHT) is looking for an exceptional Chief Finance Officer to help drive successful financial performance, understanding, and outcomes across our ambitious Trust.

ESHT is an extra-large multi-site Trust with complementary acute services across two DGHs alongside a wide range of community services. Main duties of the job

Understanding the balance between financial efficiency and clinical excellence is crucial, as is the ability to facilitate conversations that promote both. The role involves modeling desired leadership behaviors to maintain conditions that empower staff to work effectively in alignment with strategic priorities and patient needs.
