Job description

If you are an inspirational visible leader willing to put your heart and soul into leading this Trust in the next phase of its improvement journey, we would love you to apply to be our next Chief Executive, succeeding our current post holder, who is retiring in September.

Previous experience of working at Board level in a large, complex Trust is essential, as is a track record of achievement.

We are a large acute and community Trust with a 10,000-strong workforce and an annual income of nearly £900m, offering many opportunities to make enduring improvements.

Shortlisted candidates will meet with three stakeholder groups on 5th August, followed by a formal panel interview on 6th August.
