• Provide strategic leadership with Board and Executive Team to deliver Grace Eyre's strategic goals.
• Strengthen organisational performance, governance, and financial resilience.
• Champion voice, rights and inclusion for people with learning disabilities and autistic people.
• Develop partnerships with commissioners, funders and regulators to grow sustainable services.
