Location: Trust Head Office, Shireland Collegiate Academy (with travel across Trust schools)

Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the next phase of our development. The CEO will be responsible for delivering the Board’s vision and strategy, ensuring strong educational outcomes, financial sustainability, and organisational growth.

Based in the Black Country, we are a dynamic multi-academy Trust rooted in innovation, collaboration and a belief in the potential of every individual. Shireland Collegiate Academy, our founding school, is nationally recognised for its pioneering ethos and commitment to excellence. As CEO, you will set the Trust’s vision and lead with purpose, ensuring every young person has access to outstanding education and opportunities to grow. You will drive excellence across our schools while empowering pupils with the skills, confidence, and character to succeed in life and contribute to their communities.

• Ensure strong governance through effective relationships with the Board.

• Strengthen partnerships with communities, stakeholders, government, and the wider sector.
