As CEO, you will:

• Shape and deliver the strategic vision of a high-performing and ambitious trust.


• Inspire improvement across our academies – ensuring the best education for children and young people.


• Act as Accounting Officer, ensuring strong financial stewardship and compliance.


• Build partnerships and represent HSAT as a leader in specialist education.

We are looking for:

• A proven leader with senior experience in education or aligned sectors.


• Someone with strategic insight, integrity and the ability to motivate others.


• A strong understanding of SEND, governance, finance and system leadership.


• An inclusive and inspiring communicator who can influence and empower.
