Chief Executive Officer

Rotherham Abuse Counselling Service offers therapeutic counselling for adults and young people who have experienced the trauma of abuse at any time in their life. We specialise in enabling clients to overcome their disempowerment following rape, sexual or domestic abuse, including childhood sexual exploitation. We are looking to recruit an experienced manager to provide organisational coherence to our growing service.

Position: Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, you will, jointly with the Clinical Lead, be responsible to the Chair of the Board of Trustees for management and development of the charity.

You will be required to:

• Ensure efficient running of the charity in accordance with Rothacs vision, policies, practices, and financial structures.
• Develop and manage the charity’s fundraising strategy and action plan.
• Identify and support income generation; be responsible for all fundraising for the charity.
• Work alongside the Clinical Lead.
• Manage all non-clinical staff and provide support to the ISVA manager.

Hours:

The role is for 30 hours per week, to be spread across 4 days.

Salary:

£36,067.60 pro rata (based on a 37-hour week).
