Job summary

A children's charity in Oxford seeks a dynamic Co-CEO (Business & Strategy) to lead its growth phase and ensure access to art therapy programmes for children. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively alongside the Founder and be accountable for the charity’s impact and financial health. This permanent position offers a salary of £70,000 FTE with regular travel to London.

Overview

Co-CEO (Business & Strategy) – Oxford-based, with regular travel to London; 3–4 days per week; £70,000 FTE; Permanent.
