A health organization in the UK is seeking a Chief Executive to lead strategic transformation and champion innovation. The successful candidate will engage with diverse stakeholders and drive improvements in health outcomes. The role is based in either London or Manchester, with flexible working arrangements available.
The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) is seeking a Chief Executive to lead the continued development and delivery of its ongoing transformation. The successful candidate will lead the evolution and advancement of NICE's strategic plan, ensuring the organisation continues to adapt in response to the changing needs of the health and care system. With a clear focus on identifying ways through which the health system can improve outcomes and reduce health inequalities, the new Chief Executive will champion innovation, digital adoption and efficiency, ensuring NICE remains agile, expert, and outward-looking.
The role may be based in either London or Manchester, where NICE has its offices. To be a visible leader for its 800 staff, the CEO will be expected to spend a reasonable amount of time in both locations. NICE is supportive of flexible working arrangements and open to discussions on how this might be achieved.
NICE particularly welcomes applications from historically under-represented groups, including disabled people and members of minority ethnic communities, as these groups are not yet well represented at senior levels of the organisation.
