Position Overview

We are looking for our next Chief Executive Officer at a key inflection point as we seek to evolve our reputation and standing, grow our membership, and operate with social purpose and a commitment to delivering greater access to justice.

Candidate Profile

A customer-centric, transformative Chief Executive or Executive Director, you will be accustomed to working with boards, partners and across organisational and geographical boundaries. A rounded, inclusive and inspiring leader, you will bring a contemporary skill set and values, able to run regulated businesses well, modernise infrastructure and capabilities, and innovate in response to industry challenges and opportunities. Above all, you will be stimulated by complex governance settings.
