Chief Executive Officer - HealthTech Company

Location: UK (Remote/Hybrid)

Salary: £65,000 +

The Role

We seek a CEO to lead a revenue-generating healthtech startup through its next growth phase. The company operates a digital platform for health testing, with home and workplace delivery options through UKAS-accredited laboratories.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and business development
• Manage B2B sales and corporate partnerships
• Prepare Series A funding round (6-12 months)
• Oversee product development and software teams
• Ensure healthcare compliance and operations
• Build leadership team and company culture

Essential Requirements

Healthcare experience is mandatory

• CEO or senior leadership experience in healthtech/healthcare services
• Proven B2B sales track record with corporate clients
• Experience raising institutional funding (Seed/Series A)
• Product development and software team management
• Knowledge of UK healthcare regulations and diagnostics sector
• Understanding of UKAS, GDPR and healthcare compliance

Preferred Experience

• Clinical diagnostics or laboratory operations background
• Corporate health/occupational health sector network
