We are seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead SCA Limited in its mission to enhance care services across Suffolk. This pivotal role will involve strategic leadership, operational management, and financial oversight to ensure our organisation continues to thrive and effectively support our community.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and direction for SCA Limited.
• Oversee the development and implementation of organisational strategies and goals.
• Manage financial resources effectively, ensuring sustainability and compliance with regulations.
• Supervise staff and foster a positive organisational culture that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
• Engage with stakeholders, including care providers, government agencies, and community organisations.
