Overview

We’re seeking an Interim Chief Executive Officer for our public sector client on an initial 9-month contract, paying market rates (day rate or FTC salary option).

This role offers hybrid working with an expectation to attend key meetings onsite within the region.

Responsibilities

The Interim CEO will provide strategic leadership during a period of significant change and transformation, working closely with senior stakeholders and elected leaders to establish effective governance, drive organisational readiness, and ensure delivery of strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities include operating at the highest level to steer complex public sector change, ensuring alignment with statutory requirements and public value objectives, and supporting the transformation of organisational structures and processes to achieve strategic goals.
