The Role

The Person

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of senior leadership at CEO or equivalent executive level within a relevant sector (infrastructure, energy, logistics, transport, technology, or services). Experience of driving business transformation and navigating disruptive market change is essential, alongside strong commercial acumen, with direct experience scaling revenues and delivering on ambitious business targets. Strong communication, sound judgement, and high emotional intelligence are essential, as you guide high–performing teams through change with clarity, resilience, and a sharp focus on results.
