You will guide strategy, governance and regulatory alignment while leading a large, diverse team toward group objectives and shareholder value. A postgraduate business degree and 10+ years of enterprise leadership are required.

Accountable to deliver results for the Isle of Man Limited aligned to SBG Group strategy. Orchestrates execution of Isle of Man Limited strategy as approved by the Isle of Man Board, in line with fiduciary and regulatory requirements. Lead country teams that influence key strategic stakeholders, lead competitive business practices and enable a growth oriented, customer led organisation. The key to success is directing actions to achieve results, ensuring that key metrics of credit, risk, compliance and performance are met.

Total Compensation: The successful candidate will be eligible for a market-competitive total compensation package with an anticipated annual value of £350,000 to £450,000, including base salary, benefits, short-term incentive and long-term incentive awards linked to individual and business performance.
