Sutton Coldfield Charitable Trust is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive to guide the charity through its next chapter as it nears its 500th anniversary in 2028. Reporting to the Chair and Board, you will provide strategic and operational leadership while stewarding substantial assets and property.

You will lead a small team, oversee major projects such as Falcon Lodge, and build productive relationships with councils, partners and civic leaders to maximise social impact.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Trust.
• Oversee a substantial property, investment and land portfolio.
• Lead the delivery of the Trust's five-year strategy.
• Oversee grants, housing and community investment activities.
• Build relationships with councils, partners and civic stakeholders.
• Support major projects such as Falcon Lodge and community initiatives.
• Shape plans ahead of the Trust's 500th anniversary.
