Job summary

Premier Foods is seeking a Head of Architecture in Winchester to lead the Enterprise Architecture function across Business Applications, SaaS, Data & Analytics, Cloud, Infrastructure, Networks, Cyber Security, AI and OT.

You will report to the Director of Information Security & Enterprise Architecture, providing strategic direction, governance and technical authority to shape technology strategy and ensure architectural capability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in architecture within a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience across Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, and governance frameworks.
• Experience acting as a senior technical authority across multiple technology domains.
• Knowledge of TOGAF, SABSA or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience developing architecture standards, roadmaps and governance processes.
• Strong leadership with ability to mentor high-calibre tech professionals.
• Ability to balance business priorities, cost, service continuity and cyber risk.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or OT environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Architecture function, providing both people leadership and technical direction.
• Act as the senior technical authority for architecture across Premier Foods.
• Own architecture principles, standards, governance and assurance processes.
• Shape enterprise technology strategy, roadmaps and target-state architectures.
• Provide leadership for cross-domain initiatives and governance forums.
• Manage architecture demand, priorities and resources across projects and operations.
• Lead internal architecture teams and manage third-party partners and contractors.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Technology, Security and Operations.
