Job summary

Une entreprise de ferry familiale réputée au Royaume-Uni recherche un Chief Engineer seagoing pour un poste permanent à temps plein. Vous serez responsable de fournir un soutien technique à la fois au niveau du bateau et à terre, en gérant l'opération du département d'ingénierie et en veillant à la conformité avec les réglementations. Les candidats doivent avoir une certification adéquate et le droit de travail au Royaume-Uni.

Qualifications

• Expérience en tant que Chief Engineer >3000KW CoC ou supérieur.
• Formation STCW avec Certificats de Sécurité Désignés et Gestion de Foule.
• ENG1 valide et droit de travail au Royaume-Uni.

Responsibilities

• Opération quotidienne du Département d'Ingénierie.
• Assurer la conformité avec les classes et effectuer les inspections.
• Gérer la maintenance planifiée du vaisseau.

I am currently working with a highly reputable, privately owned, family-run ferry operator based in the United Kingdom!

They are looking for an experienced Seagoing Chief Engineer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis!

For this role, you will be required to provide technical support both to the vessel and shoreside time. This will be by means of:

- Daily operation of the Engineering Department.

- Class compliance and surveys.

- Management of planned maintenance of the vessel.

Requirements:

• Chief Engineer >3000KW CoC or higher.
• STCW Basic Training + Designated Security Duties and Crowd Management.
• Valid ENG1.
• Residence and full right-to-work in the United Kingdom.
