Job Description:

I am currently working with a highly reputable, privately owned, family-run ferry operator based in the United Kingdom.

They are looking for an experienced Seagoing Chief Engineer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing technical support to the vessel and shoreside operations.
• Managing daily operations of the Engineering Department.
• Ensuring class compliance and conducting surveys.
• Managing planned maintenance of the vessel.

Requirements:

• Chief Engineer CoC or higher, with >3000KW.
• STCW Basic Training, Designated Security Duties, and Crowd Management certification.
• Valid ENG1 medical certificate.
• Residence and full right-to-work in the United Kingdom.
