You will be a key person that will drive innovation, lead high-performing teams, and ensure technical success from concept through to delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to work on major defence projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspire and guide a team of engineers, fostering an inclusive culture.
• Support recruitment, capability development, and resource planning aligned with current and future project demands.
• Provide governance, drive process improvements, and ensure engineering quality across project lifecycles.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineers, technical leads, and production teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Champion emerging technologies, industry best practices, and continuous learning within the team.
• Ensure all engineering outputs consider manufacturability, supportability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support regulatory, export control, and partner engagement initiatives.
