Job summary

A leading international law firm is seeking a Head of Disputes Pricing & Commercial Transformation to join its Commercial and Pricing function in London. This senior role combines disputes pricing, commercial transformation and AI-enabled pricing to deliver sophisticated client-focused pricing strategies.

You will own the pricing strategy for the international Disputes practice, work with senior Partners, and shape how the firm applies AFAs, value pricing and AI-driven insights to maximise

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge across pricing models, AFAs, value pricing and AI-enabled pricing.
• Deep experience in complex legal disputes pricing and structured commercial solutions.
• Exposure to litigation funding and/or insurance would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing strategy for the firm’s international Disputes practice and develop sophisticated pricing solutions.
• Lead the development and deployment of AI-enabled pricing models and playbooks.
• Cultivate relationships with litigation funders and costs specialists, advising Partners.
• Support profitability and commercial objectives through advanced pricing that aligns with strategy.
