Our vision is to be recognised as a provider of a world-class service for the protection of nuclear material and facilities. Given the critical nature of our work, it’s key that we recruit skilled and committed professionals.

We’re looking for a Chief Digital Officer to drive the strategic direction of our Digital, Data, and Cybersecurity landscapes. You'll lead the transformation of current and legacy systems, implementing new processes to drive improvements. You'll ensure excellent value for money through managing the IT budget and identifying efficiencies. User satisfaction and service quality is key so you’ll handle the contractual arrangements with external service providers and identify and implement improvements to IT systems and processes to ensure the systems are high performing and in line with business and user needs.

To be successful you’ll be experienced in developing transition strategies, while managing delivery of technical services, solutions, architecture and technologies, alongside an understanding and experience of agile project management techniques and working practices. An experienced leader, you'll inspire, and develop a large team spread across multiple locations, and utilise your technical knowledge to engage with both technical and non-technical colleagues. You’ll be confident in operating at a senior level; managing relationships with senior stakeholders to deliver change to business processes and systems, to deliver cost savings and service improvements.
