Job summary

London Ambulance Service is seeking a Chief Digital and Information Officer to join the Executive Leadership Team and drive the next phase of digital and data development for London’s health system.

The role covers digital transformation, data analytics, cyber security, AI and automation, with responsibility for safe information management and for guiding capital investments in technology.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a business or technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience overseeing resilient technology operations and information risk.
• Proven ability to lead large digital, data and technology portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital transformation, data and business intelligence, technology services, cyber security, information risk, AI and automation.
• Provide advice to the Chief Executive and Board on safe and responsible use of information and technology.
• Lead a large directorate, manage the budget and digital capital investment.
• Build productive relationships with technology partners, suppliers, academia and other collaborators.
