Job summary

Target Healthcare Group is seeking a Head of Cyber Security and Modern Workplace to shape the security posture across a multi-site UK business. You will drive the strategy, consolidate the Microsoft security stack, and lead security operations and licensing decisions in a regulated healthcare and manufacturing environment.

You will report to the Group IT Director, set standards for devices, endpoint management, collaboration and data protection, and guide the IT Management team through

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 27001 in a regulated environment.
• Strong familiarity with NIST CSF and security controls.
• Proven ability to lead security operations and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Group’s cyber security strategy and risk management across multiple sites.
• Consolidate onto the Microsoft security stack (Sentinel, Conditional Access, Purview) and transition from MDR.
• Own security monitoring, incident response, identity and access management processes.
