We’re looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (Europe) to take full ownership of our European commercial operations—including established markets like Germany, the UK, and Italy—and drive expansion across the region. This is a rare opportunity to lead from the front, build high-performing teams, and shape regional growth for an internationally respected brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the European commercial strategy, aligned with global business goals
  • Manage and mentor Country VPs (Germany, UK, Italy)
  • Drive market growth, pricing, profitability, and customer expansion
  • Build and scale a high-performing sales and commercial organization
  • Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
  • Travel frequently to key European markets

What We’re Looking For

  • 18+ years of commercial leadership experience, including pan-European oversight
  • Proven P&L ownership, growth delivery, and turnaround capability
  • Strong background in B2B/B2C/retail channel strategy
  • Inspirational team leader with cross-cultural expertise
  • Fluent in English; European languages a plus
  • Willing to relocate to the UAE and travel regularly across Europe
