  • Role Overview

    The Chief Commercial Officer is responsible for driving international growth of sustainable food products. This includes developing and executing commercial strategies, expanding into new markets, and achieving revenue and brand goals globally.

    Accountabilities

  • Define and execute commercial strategy in line with group objectives

  • Lead international Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams

  • Oversee category leadership and new product launches

  • Drive digital, trade, and data-led commercial initiatives

  • Strengthen relationships with partners and customers

  • Align commercial efforts with supply chain and R&D

  • Integrate AI solutions to optimize operations

  • Build and mentor a high-performance commercial team

  • Global market experience in US and Europe is required

  • GCC market experience is a plus
