The Role

As Chief Commercial Officer for EMEA, you will serve as the commercial and strategic leader for the region—owning sales performance, market strategy, customer success, and cross-functional team leadership.

This is a Chief Commercial Officer-style position with full accountability for driving new business, expanding enterprise accounts, and growing a high-performing, regionally distributed team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute commercial strategy across EMEA
• Drive new business growth with Tier 1 and Tier 2 insurers
• Manage, scale, and inspire sales, delivery, and pre-sales teams
• Deeply engage with clients to ensure ongoing adoption, retention, and expansion
• Represent the region at the executive level and collaborate globally across product, marketing, and engineering
• Identify new market opportunities and shape go-to-market initiatives across key countries

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in insurance and/or insurtech leadership roles
• Strong background in selling technology solutions to insurers (ideally enterprise SaaS or core systems)
• Proven leadership across EMEA markets, with the ability to scale cross-border teams
• Commercial and client-facing DNA—you know how to close strategic deals and build executive-level relationships
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a strong plus
• Based in Frankfurt or open to travel across the region
