Chief Product/Revenue/Commercial Officer - London or Zurich

Our client is an innovative global business service company who have enabled more than 8 million people and their businesses to work more productively, supported by a choice of professional, inspiring and collaborative workspaces, communities and services. They are looking to appoint a globally focused Chief Product Officer. This role is a commercial & strategic B2B service based product role and not a digital/tech product role. Knowledge of the latter is useful.

Job Overview

This role will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the groups global product portfolio, with a focus on accelerating revenue growth and expanding the auxiliary services business. This role calls for a strategic and forward-thinking leader who can align cross-functional teams, enhance customer value, and push innovation to build on the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the product department, consisting of multiple verticals, generating +$500m revenue annually.
  2. Develop and communicate compelling product visions and ensure long-term strategies are aligned with wider organizational goals.
  3. Lead key investment and project prioritization decisions in collaboration with the Executive Board and group CEO.
  4. Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycles, from ideation to launch, ensuring products deliver exceptional customer value.
  5. Lead a high-performing product management team across different locations globally while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  6. Identify market opportunities and emerging trends in the coworking sector to maintain competitive advantage.
  7. Represent the company’s product vision externally with customers and partners, while advocating for customer needs internally.
  8. Leverage analytics and customer insights to refine strategies and inform decision-making across all stages of the product lifecycle.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  1. 15+ years of commercial and strategic experience in service product management, strategy, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth.
  2. Strong leadership experience, including managing global teams and fostering a high-performance, innovation-driven culture.
  3. Expertise in developing and executing long-term product strategies that align with business goals and have transformative character.
  4. Deep understanding of customer insights, data analytics, and market research to inform decision-making.
  5. Proven ability to oversee complex product portfolios and successfully launch and scale new offerings.
  6. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the C-level.
  7. Experience representing product vision externally with partners, customers, and key industry stakeholders.
  8. MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  9. Fortune 500/FTSE 100 background as well as experience of working in a leading strategy house, ideally MBB.
