Chief Commercial Officer
As a member of the Executive board, leading the Commercial function, you will focus on the provision of best in class financial advice for our clients, whilst growing the business organically and through acquisition.
You will be responsible for:
- Defining the strategy and direction of the commercial function of AFH, leading the adviser workforce and business acquisition strategy.
- Setting and delivering strategy, targets, plans and measures to increase revenue and profitability of AFH, with holistic advice at the core.
- Monitoring industry trends, competitive landscape and markets to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
- Identifying new business development initiatives, partnerships and collaborations.
- Ensuring client satisfaction, resolution of issues and leveraging of opportunities for cross-selling.
- Building a continuous improvement mindset; collaborating with other functions to make AFH easy to do business with, from an Adviser and Client perspective.
- Continuously monitoring the success of strategy and ensure mitigation and adjustments are in place to achieve targets.
What we are looking for in our ideal Chief Commercial Officer:
- Proven experience of leading a multi-disciplinary Commercial function in a Financial Services business.
- Experience of working within Financial Planning, Investment Management & an FCA regulated environment.
- Experience of operating in a Private Equity funded environment would be an advantage.
- Strong data analytical skills.
- Leader, able to inspire and influence teams to execute the commercial strategy.
- Resilient, results driven and pragmatic, capable of making tough decisions.
