Hafod is seeking a Chief Care Officer to join the Executive team and shape the future of its care services. The role involves strategic vision, commercial leadership, and delivering high-quality, person-centred care while ensuring sustainability.

Working closely with the Chief Executive and Board, you will influence major decisions, enhance governance, identify growth opportunities and travel across Hafod’s sites to meet the needs of the care portfolio.

Qualificações

• Substantial senior leadership experience within a complex, regulated care or related service environment.
• Proven track record in strategy development and translating external trends into organisational choices.
• Strong commercial and financial leadership, including business planning and investment appraisal.
• Experience providing assurance and strategic advice to Boards and senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of nurse-led clinical services, governance and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and delivery of Hafod’s long-term Care Strategy.
• Take executive accountability for financial performance of the care business.
• Use market insight and financial analysis to guide investment and service development.
• Provide oversight of quality, safety and clinical governance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support and challenge care leaders to build strong leadership and accountability.
