We are looking to recruit a Chief Brand Officer to take full ownership of the company’s brand identity, and outward communications.

This is not a marketing or social media role. Instead, the CBO will serve as the strategic leader responsible for defining, refining, and safeguarding the brand across every touchpoint, while supporting scalable, brand-aligned growth through an influencer-led strategy and non-social media campaigns.

As Chief Brand Officer, You Will

  • Own and evolve the company’s brand architecture, positioning & retaining tone of voice, and visual identity
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure alignment across all internal and external touchpoints
  • Serve as the brand guardian, protecting and evolving brand equity across all teams and outputs
  • Audit all existing and historic external-facing materials (e.g. website, product messaging, investor decks, recruiting assets, sales collateral) for tone, clarity, and consistency
  • Define editorial and visual standards for all public communications
  • Work cross-functionally to bring all materials into alignment with the refined brand identity and voice
  • Oversee the creative development of all new brand assets in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • Manage and communicate the brand relaunch roadmap internally and externally
  • Develop and implement a brand strategy that supports scalable growth through influencer marketing, focusing on brand alignment, content integrity, and messaging consistency
  • Define guidelines, narratives, and creative standards for influencer partnerships (without managing execution or social media directly)
  • Partner with marketing and growth teams to ensure influencer-led initiatives reflect and reinforce core brand values and positioning
  • Create systems, tools, and documentation to ensure consistent brand application across all teams
  • Lead training and enablement efforts to help internal stakeholders communicate and represent the brand confidently
  • Establish ongoing brand review processes to maintain high standards
  • Work alongside the existing Marketing team to lead the strategic refresh and relaunch of the brand, including narrative, brand design evolution and Enterprise

As Chief Brand Officer, You Will Need

  • Executive level experience in brand strategy, identity development, and communications
  • A successful track record of leading or relaunching brand architecture in a growing or transformational business
  • Deep expertise in content, editorial review, and storytelling across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of how brands scale through influence, advocacy, and community, without relying on traditional advertising
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset with sharp attention to creative and operational detail
  • Experience working in the health and fitness sector (advantageous)
