Job summary

Zapp in London is seeking a senior marketer to own the marketing function end-to-end, including brand, paid, CRM, social, influencer and partnerships. You will be the senior marketing voice in the building and drive premium brand narrative for London’s discerning customers.

You will build and develop the marketing team, set the standards, and ensure cross-functional integration with CRM, commercial and product decisions, delivering bold, data-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in marketing strategy & execution.
• Brand intuition and deep understanding of Zapp as a premium lifestyle brand.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders behind a unified vision.
• Strong storytelling with executive presence and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the full marketing function: brand, paid, CRM, social, influencer, partnerships.
• Build and lead the marketing team with clear standards and development.
• Oversee end-to-end brand campaigns from brief to live execution in-house.
• Drive cultural relevance and brand awareness with London-focused activations and collaborations.
• Set cross-functional strategy and ensure marketing is embedded in CRM, commercial, and product decisions.
