THE OPPORTUNITY

As Chief AI Officer at ContractPodAi, you will help lead the vision, strategy, and GTM of our market leading GenAi product LeAh. This executive role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and legal domain expertise. Partnering closely with the senior leadership team, you will identify product and market opportunities, help design and take to market scalable and innovative additions to LeAh - all while positioning ContractPodAi as a global SAAS leader in GenAI-driven innovation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Help define and champion LeAh's overarching strategy, ensuring it aligns with and accelerates core business objectives
• Identify high-impact market opportunities for LeAh, with the goal of improving customer experiences, and unlocking new revenue streams
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, ethically sound, and robust enough to meet enterprise-grade demands
• Collaborate with department leaders to co-create solutions tailored to address specific business challenges and opportunities
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research organizations, and AI communities to keep the company at the forefront of AI advancements
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to continually inform and refine the AI roadmap.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
• Advanced degree in Law and/or Computer Science, with deep knowledge of GenAI application building techniques
• Hands on experience with coding data sciences and ML
• A minimum of 10 years of experience at the intersection of law and AI domain, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
• Demonstrated success in spearheading enterprise-level AI products and delivering tangible revenue impact
• Experience in building, scaling and mentoring high-performing AI and data science teams
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and foster cross-functional collaboration
• Deep understanding of AI governance, ethics, and regulatory considerations
• Familiarity with industry-specific AI applications, frameworks, and use cases
• A keen business acumen and a visionary mindset.
