Job summary

Blend360 is seeking a senior AI Engineering leader to steer the direction and growth of our AI Engineering capability. You will bridge architectural decisions, client engagements and hands-on delivery across complex AI systems.

As a senior technical leader, you’ll design scalable AI architectures, guide engineering teams, and work directly with clients to translate strategic goals into credible technical delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years across AI, data and software engineering.
• Experience leading engineering teams or major technical functions.
• Proven ability to design, review and deliver production AI systems.
• Strong architectural and systems thinking with a track record of cross-functional influence.
• Experience with API-driven architectures and scalable data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction across AI Engineering and define architecture principles.
• Own the technical quality of major AI engagements with governance of complexity and risk.
• Lead across multiple projects, ensuring delivery without bottlenecks.
• Design and review production AI architectures, including retrieval, context, latency, and costs.
• Remain hands-on solving hard problems and prototyping when needed.
• Run rigorous design reviews to raise engineering standards across the practice.
• Act as senior technical counterpart to clients including executives, shaping technical conversations and scope.
• Shape capability plans, hiring priorities and capability development across the team.
