Job Description:

Chester-based senior / lead Software Developer role starting immediately. Please note, this is an on-site position and not suitable for candidates unable to work at the office.

We're seeking an exceptional coder—someone who writes fast, concise, secure, and scalable code.

This is a lead role in software development, so you must be comfortable making decisions and moving quickly. You will be at the forefront of new SaaS product development and will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

We expect you to have several years of experience in writing concise, efficient code, iterating through versions, and quickly identifying and fixing errors or inconsistencies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and maintain existing software applications
• Design highly scalable, testable code

Qualifications

• Several years of demonstrable experience with SaaS development
• Clear communication and understanding
• Ability to work quickly and produce prototypes rapidly
• Ability to identify flaws, bottlenecks, security issues, and plan mitigations early
• Ability to understand code quickly, build using OOP, and document all changes
