Job summary

Comptoir Group in Chester, England is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and ensure every dish aligns with our brand standards in a clean, safe kitchen.

You will lead and develop the kitchen team, deputise when the Head Chef is away, and start immediately to keep operations running smoothly. The role offers £13.00 per hour plus service charge and a blend of development and employee perks.

• Work with the Head Chef to ensure the kitchen runs in accordance with company and legal guidelines and that every plate meets brand standards.
• Deliver the perfect plate every time in a clean and safe environment.
• Manage and develop the kitchen team and deputise in the Head Chef's absence.

We've been looking for a Sous Chef just like you!

As a Sous Chef you will work with the Head Chef to ensure that the kitchen is run in accordance with company and legal guidelines, and that we deliver the perfect plate every time in a clean and safe environment.

You will be someone who consistently delivers to brand standard and enjoys additional responsibilities including managing and developing the kitchen team and deputising in the absence of the Head Chef.
