Compass Group UK&I on behalf of CH&CO has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for CH&CO on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef in a professional kitchen.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high-quality food for clients and customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve the food service and culinary concepts.
• Create a positive kitchen environment and support the team.
• Oversee food handling, hygiene standards, and food waste control.
• Support budgeting and achieve financial targets.

• Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
• Supporting the team to manage budgets and successfully meet financial targets
• Complying with Food Handling and Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations
