You will administer a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments as outlined in the patient's care plan, maintaining professional standards. Be an ambassador for patient-focused care, providing quality nursing tailored to individual needs. Document all clinical data accurately and report adverse drug events following protocol. Build lasting relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders to support treatment and recovery. Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and address any gaps in competency, while complying with all policies and procedures.
A full UK driving licence is essential, as regional travel to patients’ homes will be required.
