A leading NHS Trust in the West Midlands is seeking a Chemotherapy Advanced Clinical Practitioner to lead their chemotherapy team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in cancer nursing and must be committed to improving service delivery. The chemotherapy team at Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust are looking for a very special person to lead the team. We are hoping for a dynamic and motivated ACP with an interest in Haematology and extensive experience in systemic anti-cancer therapy to support and enhance the current service. We are anticipating that the successful candidates role will be a combination of leadership, teaching, research, nurse led clinics as well as some hands on work in the unit. There will also be the opportunity to undertake some strategic work if interested.
Our ideal candidate will be a qualified ACP, with current chemotherapy competence. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills and a motivation for service improvement.
