Chemistry Teacher - Independent School - Inspire a Love of Science & Discovery A leading independent school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chemistry Teacher to join their thriving Science department.

The Role: As a Chemistry Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging and intellectually stimulating lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5, fostering a love of chemistry and developing students' understanding of the building blocks of matter.

Create a dynamic and supportive learning environment where students feel confident to explore chemical concepts, conduct experiments, and engage in scientific inquiry.

Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources, including laboratory experiments, demonstrations, technology, and real-world applications, to bring chemistry to life.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and differentiated support to ensure each student reaches their full potential.

Collaborate with colleagues within the Science department to enhance the curriculum, share best practices, and contribute to the school's commitment to scientific exploration.

Qualifications and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.

A strong understanding of the KS3, KS4, and (ideally) KS5 Chemistry curriculum.

Experience teaching Chemistry in a secondary school setting.
