An Good secondary school in Greenwich are looking for a qualified Chemistry Teacher to join their school on full-time Maternity contract for a year starting in September 2025.

The Role

In this role you will be teaching General Science and Chemistry KS3 KS5. You will join a supportive and dynamic Science Department which benefit from the school s Mathematics & Science Specialism with 15 modern and well-equipped laboratories. Computers in multiple laboratories and mobile wireless laptops with data-logging facilities places the Science Department at the cutting edge of science information technology.

At Key Stage 3, pupils are given a solid foundation in the Science National Curriculum which is developed further at GCSE when alternative courses are available, including Separate Sciences. Many students take Biology, Chemistry, Physics at 'A' Level achieving above average grades. The school also offers a BTEC in applied science which you will be involved in teaching.
