In This Role You Will:
Teach engaging and challenging Chemistry lessons across KS3 KS4, with potential for A-level teaching
Plan and deliver lessons that promote curiosity, critical thinking, and deep understanding
Use data to assess student progress and adapt teaching accordingly
Support pupils preparing for external examinations with tailored interventions and support
Contribute to enrichment activities, STEM clubs, and departmental initiatives
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong subject knowledge in Chemistry
Experience teaching in a secondary school setting, with excellent classroom management
A passion for science education and a commitment to high standards
The ability to differentiate effectively and support diverse learning needs
An Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
