Job Title: Supply Chemistry Teacher

Location: Wirral, Merseyside

Salary: £100 - £200 per day (based on experience and assignment)

Job Type: Flexible Supply, Short-Term, Long-Term & Day-to-Day Roles

We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Chemistry Teacher to join our supply teaching team, working across a variety of secondary schools in the Wirral. Whether you're an experienced teacher or an ECT, this is a fantastic opportunity to share your passion for Chemistry while enjoying the flexibility of supply work.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Chemistry lessons to KS3 and KS4 students (KS5 desirable but not essential)
• Plan and adapt lessons based on curriculum requirements and student needs
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Specialism in Chemistry or a strong science teaching background
• Experience teaching in UK secondary schools preferred
• Excellent subject knowledge and communication skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
