Salary: 34,397 – 52,489 per annum (MPS/UPS, depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Chemistry/Physics Teacher, you will:

  • Teach Chemistry and/or Physics across Key Stages 3/4/5, inspiring students to explore and question the world around them.
  • Deliver high–quality lessons that combine practical investigation with scientific theory and application.
  • Use effective assessment and feedback to support progress and achievement for all learners
  • Contribute to the continued development of an ambitious and knowledge–rich Science curriculum
  • Play an active role in the wider school community through enrichment, clubs, and collaborative planning
About You

We're looking for a teacher who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has a strong subject background in Chemistry and/or Physics.
  • Is passionate about engaging young people in the sciences and fostering critical, independent thinking.
  • Has excellent classroom management and a reflective, research–informed approach to teaching.
  • Works collaboratively with colleagues and contributes positively to a supportive team culture.
