Job summary

Chemify Ltd. is seeking a Chemistry Automation Testing Technician in Glasgow to run test syntheses on our robotic systems and verify that hardware, firmware, and software perform as intended with real chemistry.

You will serve as the bridge between the lab bench and the engineers, ensuring the platform produces molecules as programmed and helping to refine procedures and acceptance criteria. On-site work with cutting-edge automation awaits.

Qualifications

• MUST have practical wet-lab experience and reagent preparation.
• Strong record-keeping and safety awareness are essential.
• Comfort with automated equipment and curiosity about robotics/ software is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run test syntheses on robotic systems.
• Prepare reagents and operate the platform according to test protocols.
• Validate hardware, firmware and software against expected chemistry outcomes.
• Record results and feedback clearly to engineering teams.
